Just ok
July 28, 2020Upon moving in the apartment itself seemed like a rush job. The carpets were still damp, paint all over the cabinets handles in bathrooms and kitchen, kitchen appliances weren’t even correctly put in as well. The second room there were rusty nails Left that my small child found..luckily didn’t step on. Overall the place would be great if it didn’t seemed rushed for us to move in. Also seems like kids can’t even play outside without the neighbors complaining about one muddy footprint on our side ...of the door way from walking in the grass, And already leaving passive aggressive notes from being moved in just a week. Communication on staff side could be better. 3 stars is for the location and the potential these apartments have.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
April 23, 2020Villas at Spring Trails is a great place to live. The staff is beyond amazing! They are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are the ones that make this complex what it is. Maintenance is very efficient and quick to resolve any issues. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. It’s a pet friendly environment. July 29, 2019I've lived at Spring trails for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The staff in the office is always absolutely wonderful! Graham, Angela and Sheila never fail to greet us with a smile when we walk through the door. They always go over and beyond when we need something. The Maintenance staff is quick and professional. When I moved in my apartment was spotless. Belinda even helped me by letting me borrow her ladder! I couldn't have picked a better place to live! Bad management
July 6, 2019This particular apartment community has bad staffing. The assistant manager Angela and the property manager Sheila are both unprofessional and act careless when a resident makes a complaint and then they purposely ignore your phone calls. I called several times yesterday and they didn’t answer all day until I called from a different number and Graham picked up. I told him to have management call me and like before and always, NO ONE called me back that entire day and they refused to pick up the ...phone when I called several more times. I even called them first thing in the morning when they opened up at 9 AM yesterday and left a voicemail message with them to call me back and management still did not return my call. I have been complaining about a residential issue that has been extremely loud in my building for months and they have done nothing to follow up on the situation. The patrol officer on duty NEVER responds to a call, which leads me to having to call the police almost every night for noise complaints. The management gets these calls and notifications about my complaints but refuses to follow up with me on it. I have had to reach out to the area manager, Jeff several times who has been more pleasant than any of these two females in the office. I am moving very soon and need to put in my notice to vacate but apparently I will be needing to speak with Jeff again to get that notice to him since no one in office picks up the phone. I should’ve known that I would have these problems from when I first moved in and I asked for a copy of my lease and Angela refused to give it to me upon request and I had to ask three different times in between several days before she finally did it. When she finally did, she had an attitude, tried to argue with me over the phone and then stated how she’s been working there for 3 years, who cares?! First she blamed not getting my lease copy to me on a new system that they were using and then another she tried to say that the printer wasn’t working. Excuses, excuses. Very unprofessional and these people in here do not communicate with the residents at all. Of course when I told Sheila, all she did was make more excuses for her. I know from personal experience that management like this will run an apartment community like this to the GROUND. This place needs better management.Property Manager Responded

November 13, 2018The community garden with fresh herbs will definitely step up your cooking game 100%. It's now a daily in my life. They host events that give you a chance to meet your neighbors and win prizes. If you're new to Pflugerville like I was, these events will help you squeeze in social time in between your busy schedule. When it comes to the actual apartment, I picked the A3 model. The living room has room for my art desk, two gaming centers and still has room for a reading nook. If you like a lot of ...closet space, get an A3. November 12, 2018I lived here going on 2 years office staff well I can say Angela is very helpful and Jackie really is sweet .. The price is a Lil high and there is no insulation you can hear your neighbors in every area they are at .Property Manager Responded

DON'T LIVE HERE
October 24, 2018YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING AND LOUD. YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBOR SNEEZE. Some neighbors just let their door slam, that's right the front doors automatically close and if you live upstairs your whole apartment shakes. It doesn't matter if it's someone who lives on the other side of you. YOU FEEL IT! I wish I would have listened!!!!Property Manager Responded

VAS for the win
August 31, 2018We had been to the villas a few times to visit a friend. We had a BBQ by the pool. Watch some TV in the seating area. It was wonderful. We came back to play volly ball and use the putting range. We fell in love with the community and staff. Once our lease was about up we quickly came to apply. Application was a breeze and the rent is right in our range. We love it here and recommend it to everyone that is trying to find a find an affordable place to live and a great living community.
