I love it here!
October 8, 2024I’ve lived at vinings RiverVue for a few years now and have had an amazing experience! The office and maintenance staff are super responsive. Sonia is the absolute best!! As someone who also works in property management I wish I could clone her and bring her to other properties. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!Property Manager Responded

Definitely a future location for me

Wonderful experience!
February 25, 2023We moved to Vinings RiverVue in August of last year (2022), and have been so pleased with our experience overall. Specifically, Sonja is ALWAYS quick to help with any issue we may run into, and Wilbur is quick and thorough with maintenance solutions. We recently had an unpleasant (and unavoidable) circumstance arise, and Sonja went over and above until Wilbur was able to address the situation. They not only went the extra mile, but the extra 12 miles to make sure the problem was solved. Until it ...was solved, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Nice apartment in great location
February 24, 2023I love love love the location (right across from Kroger); it’s also not far from other fine dining restaurants, fast food, movie theater, and shopping. Not to mention it’s only a few miles away from where the Braves play! The huge wall mirror in the apartment was the selling point for me! Also, our complex has two swimming pools that are CLEAN and inviting, a basketball court and a tennis court with a fitness center (that has been updated). Over my time here, It’s also been a pretty quiet ...neighborhood with no theft or other crimes (that I’ve experienced). The staff is friendly and has fun community events from time to time. They hosted a pool party last summer and it was a fun way to meet other nice neighbors. I love it here!Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
