Quiet nice place to live

Nice look - little safety - added cost too
February 17, 2023The property is beautiful, however there are things that happen here that is kept silent from residents. The office staff is nice, but they aren't open with a lot which seems to be for various reasons. Gates don't always work and the lack of security doesn't help. Charges are also going up for trash per person instead of unit. Saying "internet/cable is included" is misleading because it's additional to the basic rent along with valet trash, water and sewer. The amount you see online - add ...$100 for internet and cable (not optional).Property Manager Responded
