October 9, 2025It’s a Nice community but the leasing office is annoying to deal with. Sergio is the worst. He took forever and didn’t give the correct quotes and took me calling 3 times and taking to management to complain about him not doing his job properly.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2025Fabulous personalities in the leasing office and maintenance crew. The building and grounds are perfect. However, the Luxer One and mailroom present continuing challenges with limited access, untimely access codes, packages placed all over rather than in designated areas, and opened packages. Also, the stairs from the loading dock coukd likely use a ramp - I see tenants, and myself, struggle with personal items that a ramp would make far easier. Additionally, the men's sauna smells, users leave ...their sweat on the bench without using a towel, the benches planks are loose, and the sauna takes a long time to heat up. Before closing, my washer and dryer, after four maintenance visits, do not work and smell like an unclean locker room or barracks. In closing, with these items addressed, Renew stands to be an even better residence community with happier tenants.Property Manager Responded

September 28, 2025Overall I have enjoyed living at renew Wheaton center. I love the location and how easy it is to put in maintenance requests. The biggest drawback is how expensive parking is. But otherwise that is the only things from giving this place a 5 star ratingProperty Manager Responded
