You have to bring your own AC units. The neighborhood is no good either.( dangerous area) You hear couples fighting constantly (cursing each other out everyday) Invest your money else where.

I asked for proof that I was approved and was told that I had to pay the full security deposit and first months rent before I could see my own paper work.
