Horrible communication
May 16, 2025Worst staff! Miss communication! Couldn't get us in after signing a lease. Unit not clean! Went to view an apartment for a transfer. Told the price would be locked in by the leasing agent. She gave false information and was not the case. The office didn't know the correct process about transfers and how it worked. They then had to increase the rent. We were told we had a week to move over and have plenty of time. This was also false. When we went in a week before we move to ask about ...information on address they informed us we have two days to move. This is when WE HAD to ask for a welcome letter and lease. They then sent over after the office said it was their fault for them not getting us after we made the arrangements. We signed the lease and documents. Got a call two days before our move in on a Friday before the weekend at 2:30pm informing us that our apartment would not be ready when we signed up for. Pushing back our move in date a week out. This causes us to reschedule excel, movers, doggy daycare and time off work. They tried to help us and move us into another unit that would have been available on our move in date. When we went to look at that unit walking in was apparent that that unit as well was not ready. We walked the unit when there was cigarette buds on the floor and unit all dirty. They knew weeks before that the unit was a mess and now telling us they forgot to clean it and making us move around our schedules to accommodate. Since the start of the process it's been unprofessional. The leasing office is telling us different than what managers are allowing. Worst process I have ever gone through. We like the area and very unfortunately we have to go through all this when none of it was our fault and everything is miss communicated. They are not willing to make anything right and tells us it's unfortunate and just how it is. Please do not move here. Find a better apartment with better management!!! With transferring we had to put in a 30 day so this have them more than a month to get the unit clean and ready and nope failed!Property Manager Responded

Location is lovely — Greystar is abominable
April 19, 2025No parking for real tenants- junk cars dumped here and nothing done to address it | Stolen packages from "secure mail room" | "Gym" is a broken down joke | Snow removal is so poor it is downright dangerous | Service requests and messages in the portal go completely unread and unaddressed | Off-leash dogs, poop everywhere, abandoned furniture stacked by the dumpsters, and smoking on the patios and in the breezeways— it's a free for all! Shady management
November 22, 2024Appliances are in poor condition. Pipes leak in the apartments. I’ve already been relocated to another unit due to pipes busting in my ceiling. If you want a functioning gym, do not come here. Both treadmills are out of order and have been for months. The electrical bike doesn’t work. A lot of weights are going missing with being replaced.
