June 6, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comDANGEROUS, Dirty, Rude employees (expect maintenance), broken appliance, leaks, drugs, no A/C. There are constant car break-ins, police cars and ambulances going through this neighborhood and not ONCE will they warn you. I cant walk my dog without stepping in garbage, dog poop, or being offered to buy drugs. I'm doing everything I can to get out of my lease, I pray someone reads this and makes the right decision to go elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

You have all gone over and above to accommodate all the needs of the property and particularly myself and roommate I want to thank you everything as I am very impressed about how well-informed you keep us and take care of us as your tenants. I am 65 years old and disabled and BJ always makes me always makes me feel like I'm the only tenant here which I ...know I am not. The property is in Immaculate condition and I am very proud to live here and would certainly recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to stay this because I know many people get complaints but I wanted you all to know that Michael Fox and myself greatly appreciate the professionalism the kindness and certainly how everyone goes out of their way to fill our every need. February 8, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI am telling you, do not move here. I lived here for a little over a year and I don't know how we made it. There were so many cockroaches, at least 4 a day we would find for quite a while, we asked if they would spray for bugs and they "apparently did". Not to mention we had mold in our air vents they refused to test and said it was illegal if we tried to do it ourselves. Management? They do put on a good front whenever they're showing you around but this quickly fades, they will squeeze every ...penny out of you that they can. Not to mention living in florida you probably want A/C, this is not the place for you, I cant even count how many times ours broke. Our pipes also busted from faulty ones flooding mostly our entire apartment. They did not once deduct anything from our rent only put all of the blame on us. You will not be happy living here.Read More
Break in central!
January 5, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI recently had my vehicle broken into together with other 2 cars. As when I call the police then tell me that there was 3 previous break ins the day prior. Yet waters edge has not let anyone in the community be aware of this. What a poor management. Also there are breaks in the gates surrounding the property letting trespassers come and go as they please. Moving out ASAP.
