February 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWestchester Pavilion Apartments looked great at first, but within five days of moving in, I’ve experienced multiple serious issues. The building is supposed to be secure with key fob or buzzer access, yet the entry door has been broken since day one, creating safety concerns. Inside the unit, both toilets were not functioning at move-in. The washing machine does not work and makes a loud ringing noise. A loft light fixture fell down. Kitchen cabinet shelves were sitting on the floor due to ...missing pegs. Ceiling fans are dirty especially the one in the livingroom which is more than 20 ft high, and the master bedroom fan rocks and squeaks so badly it feels unsafe. The bathroom door will not latch, and visible nail holes were never patched. It’s clear the unit was not properly inspected before occupancy. Five days later, I’m still waiting on maintenance. The property has potential, but the maintenance and quality control process needs serious improvement.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

During the summer I loved going to the pool almost everyday. Now, I enjoy the gym or walking. I like that there is a grooming station for furbabies bath time. The valet trash pick up is wonderful even though few times they missed our trash. Overall love space in our apartment. Nice place to live.
