DO NOT MOVE HERE !This property demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I had a pest control issue where the vendor stated a follow-up treatment and inspection would occur. It did not.
Management then claimed the matter was “completed and finalized” without notifying me and ignored every request for clarification in writing. Fees, however, were applied promptly.
The pattern is clear: collect payment, avoid communication, and dismiss the tenant. If you expect ...
transparency, follow-through, or basic respect, this is not the place. You will be nothing but a dollar sign to Westlake. They have treated me like pure trash. These apartments are not even that nice. Trust me save yourself the headache and don't move here.
