Disgusting Roach and Mold Infested!
June 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment complex is literally the worst place you could move, they don't allow you to see units you are moving into, then when you do you are stuck with a absolutely god awful and unacceptable excuse of what should considered a viable living space. Then if you notate any issues, management and the mantainance crew dont even bother to do do anything about, pest control company won't due proper spraying, and the facilities you pay for are worth anything. This apartment complex is dilapidated, ...and should honestly be condemned and completely rebuilt with as many flagrant code issues it has. And theres a 99% chance your walls and vents are probably filled with a combo of mold and roaches. Can not forget to mention the homeless people camping in the park directly behind the complex, digging through the trash, just adds to the ambience of this place absolutely being the worst place to live. No security with gates that are supposed to protect residents as they have never worked. So once again absolutely do not move here. I had to file a complaint with code enforcement via the city, and report the mold issue to the state of Texas before they even began to act concerned, about things that should have been fixed before moving in, thousands of dollars in items to just be tossed due to not wanting to carry the infestation when we moved. She basically said my appointment didn’t matter and that she was going to continue her conversation. Also the pool is VERY dirty. It’s nearly June and it’s not safe to swim in AT ALL.

Hard to get ahold of staff at times, and I’ve gotten to where I just walk to the office if I have problems. We have a gate, but seems to be broken or stuck open a lot. I’ve seen several dumpster divers during my time here as well. Also seems over priced due to the conditions. ...My rent has gone up over $200 since I’ve moved in. I’ve also had my car towed due to the parking situation, despite never receiving any notice that I needed a sticker to park inside the apartment complex.Read More

During my 12-month residency here, which ended June 2018, the following occurred: - a man going door to door trying to break in (the complex did not hire security to deal with this, they only sent an email to give residents a head's up) - a mugging that occurred on the street in front of my apartment unit - a shooting (earlier this month, actually) that had the complex entrance/exits shut down (at least 12 FWPD SUVs/cars present, along with the ...SWAT team and crime lab) while I was trying to move out.. later learned this was due to a drug deal gone bad - both of the tenants under me openly smoked illegal substances outside the building, in plain site, but no one would address this All of these safety issues are in addition to the fact that my shower did not work properly for the duration of my residency, and the apartment complex refused to fix it. Furthermore, the complex is continuing to refuse to give me my deposit back, despite being told that there were no issues with my apartment when I left and stating that I would, in fact, get this deposit back. I would heed warning to anyone looking at this complex.Read More
