August 13, 2025This complex is going downhill. There’s no communication from the office. Amenities are not kept up. Landscaping is barely done. The pool was closed for electrical problems and residents weren’t notified about the risk. Residents don’t clean up after their dogs and the front office doesn’t make any effort to remind them to do so. Dogs are off leash in areas that are not the dog park. The office ignores calls and emails and never responds.Review from Apartments.com

July 13, 2025So far it’s been an alright experience, BUT the leasing office lost a check we gave them and claimed we never paid them and harassed us for 2 months the for the money we did NOT owe them. It wasn’t until the property manager was there the issue was resolved. Other than that the neighborhood is nice the neighbors are as well we love the amenities!Review from Apartments.com

June 26, 2025I like the unique layout my loft-style apartment. Whisper Lake apartments has a nice pool area. The fitness room is small but very convenient to have on site. The water views are nice, but the grounds need a little more attention. The apartments are walking distance to Full Sail university and several nearby restaurants.Property Manager Responded

June 9, 2025The application process was easy, fast and convenient, unlike most other places where you have to interact with leasing offices online or AI. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to speak to someone in person and be treated. I can’t be more appreciative of the office staff and their assistance. June 7, 2025Love the location and quietness of the neighborhood. The problem I see is when they need something from you they leave letters and emails but when you need something fixed or taken care of they take weeks to call you back. I reached out for maintenance issues and it took almost a month to even get a call back and even then the situation was not handled I had to pay out of pocket to get help from outside sources.Property Manager Responded
