April 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comit would be a higher rating if amenities were kept in good order, for example every pool chair is broken and has been for months. Every single building has gutters full of debris and are completely clogged. Also, some residents are very disrespectful. Many cars speed and drive recklessly through the neighborhood. The Whisper Lake team understood our circumstances and were especially helpful. We originally came on a Friday where the assistant property manager, Cindy, took us on a tour of the two bedroom loft and remaining community. My husband and I loved the community, but wanted a standard two bedroom. We returned the following day to tour the standard two bedroom with Bryana. She was ...especially patient and helpful throughout our final tour and they helped us move in as quickly as possible.
