When I moved in, my apartment was spotless and well prepared. My neighbors are quiet, friendly, and respectful. Most importantly, I feel safe and comfortable in the community. I highly recommend it!

Pet friendly, reasonable rent price point, beautiful pool, good maintenance team, quiet for a large complex and a nice community of people of all different nationalities and cultures. They offer community events in the office like taco night and occasionally have food trucks out front :) Of course there are downsides to everything, so if you’re looking to move here, keep in mind there are few places to park where a lot of tree droppings won’t ...cover your car & get into ventilation system. I had to get a covered spot, which is an additional monthly fee. Sometimes residents don’t pick up their pet waste so definitely watch where you step! The units also lack enough closet/cupboard space in the one bedrooms. No utility/ linen closet. Noise levels are always low and peaceful, maintenance is relatively quick to respond and address any concerns, the mature nature within the community is wonderful, and the apartments are spacious compared to others in Stuart.
