August 24, 2025I feel like we are in a low quality budget apartment complex, every repair is done cheap and halfway. Garage everywhere, I noticed the advertisements for the putting green and second gas grill? Does it even work yet.. not since I moved in four years ago. Affordable Florida Living and Good for First Apartment
June 20, 2025I’ve been living at Heritage Cove with my partner for the last 8 months, and so far things have been alright. When we first moved in we spent two days deep cleaning the apartment because the floors were so dirty. Almost as if a smoker lived in that unit. My only few complaints are that the grounds aren’t well taken care of and often times there are overgrown trees and bushes by the street or behind units, which tends to leave lots of debris on cars and side walks, especially during bad weather ...which can be hazardous. We’ve had a few issues with maintenance not fixing issues in a reasonable time frame, and taking a week or more to address the issues. We usually just go to the office and let them know to send someone ASAP and they respond well with that. I wish they’d put more time into fixing things up in the community, like the concrete near the pool area, the pool chairs, updating the club house and gym equipment. Other than that, it’s a pretty quiet area, lots of side walks for walking/running, and the people seem nice! It’s a good option for affordable living in Florida or a first time home for younger people but with that, you get what you pay for. If you’re property management and see this, I really hope you guys take the time to fix up some old things and put more time and money into the ground’s maintenance. Taking care of an apartment complex is not easy so I will give you grace, but taking note of residents concerns and actually taking action could benefit you tremendously.Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2025So far it’s been a great experience it’s quiet, the people I have met have been polite. The maintenance department is amazing. The leasing office has been nothing but great to me it’s been all Five stars the only thing I can say anything about is there isn’t a fan in the bedroom.
