Majilin and the staff are wonderful

Any problems that come up they address them immediately and Majilin is always around to answer any question I see her moving about the apartment complex on the weekend. Majilin is great

This is home to me because of the way the property is maintained and because of how great everything is resolved. On weekends Majilin in the front office is ready to help with whatever any of the tenants need. Whether its help with the laundry room, locked out and need keys, maintenance problems, paying rent she always helps or finds a solution. Will be here for much longer.Property Manager Responded

Friendly and Calm Environment
April 21, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI called Casa Moreno apartments to schedule a tour and ask about availability. Majilin, the on site manager, was very attentive, professional, and friendly from the start. Even though there was no availability, Majilin was kind enough to offer me a tour of the site grounds. On the outside, the apartments look very well maintained. It was very quiet and peaceful during my visit. My experience with Casa Moreno apartments so far has been amazing!
