If you're here for the baseball game, Great American Ballpark is just over a 1-mile walk, or you can hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away. We're also one of the country's largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. No open flames of any kind are permitted, including but not limited to candles, with the exception of the gas range appliance. The elevator has an emergency assistance button, and pressing it unnecessarily will result in a $2,000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am, and amplified music is strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Smoking or lighting anything in the property is prohibited, and violations will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
