Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. A pet fee of $70 will be charged if you bring pets, covering the extra cleaning needed. The driveway fits 5 cars, but please do not park on the street. Downtown Savannah is approximately 12 miles or a 20-minute drive away, while River Street in the Historic District is about 13 miles or 22 minutes by car. No parties or events are allowed, and the maximum number of guests should not be exceeded. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Locals must contact the host before booking, and the minimum age to rent is 25. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval will incur an extra charge of $100.
