The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch.
