Bikes and beach supplies are shared amenities with the upstairs unit and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The laundry room, with separate access next to the unit, is shared and available during day hours. Parking is also shared, with one space reserved for the Turtle Hideaway. Nestled in the quiet coastal community of Vilano Beach, this apartment offers easy access to the sandy Atlantic shoreline and a fishing pier extending into the Tolomato River. Explore the casual beach grills, pizza places, and marina surrounding the pier, or take a stroll along the Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, adorned with mosaic art of local wildlife. Downtown St. Augustine is just a 5-8 minute drive away. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any additional guests must be approved prior to arrival. The home is equipped with a security camera at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No pets are allowed on the property, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited, with additional cleaning fees applicable if evidence is found. Late check-outs incur a fee of $50 per hour. The apartment is equipped with beach supplies galore, including a wagon, chairs, an umbrella, and toys. An outdoor shower is available to wash off after a day at the beach. For larger groups, you can book the downstairs apartment, Turtle Hideaway, to accommodate an additional four guests. Bikes and beach supplies are shared amenities with the upstairs unit and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The laundry room is shared with separate access next to the unit and is only available during daytime hours. The parking area is also shared, with one space reserved for the Sandpiper Cottage. Vilano Beach is a quiet coastal community known for its sandy Atlantic shoreline and a fishing pier stretching into the Tolomato River. The area is surrounded by casual beach grills, pizza places, and a marina. The Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, near the Francis and Mary Usina Bridge, features mosaic art of local wildlife. The apartment is only a 5-8 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No illegal drugs or underage drinking are allowed, and no foreign objects should be flushed down the toilet.
