Upstairs, French doors open to a flexible den or third bedroom with a Murphy bed and sofa—ideal as a cozy lounge or private sleeping space and a private outdoor deck. The spacious king bedroom offers lovely views, and a full bathroom. Laundry is available in the shared ground-level laundry room (coin-operated). There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15 and there are other parking options in the area. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. With public transit just steps away, it’s easy to reach Longwood Medical Area, Fenway, and downtown Boston. You’ll also love being surrounded by Brookline Village’s unique cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. A neighborly center where store owners know each other and most of their customers by name. The Village prides itself on being a small, eclectic blend of old and new. Storefronts are tasteful and harmonious. Several choices for dining, book stores, toy stores, coffee shops, boutiques and so much more. The D line Brookline Village stop is a 2 minute walk, three bus lines within a 1 minute walk. Less than a 10 minute walk to Coolidge Corner. Our dedicated team provides personalized, responsive guest services. We value your privacy through self check-in and check-out and an extensive Welcome Packet and Neighborhood Guide delivered electronically and in each unit. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged. Be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud, rowdy and have parties. It would be appreciated if shoes could be removed to make it quieter for people who live below.

Located on the second floor, this townhome features high ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors, and central air. The first floor includes a living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, a dining room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor features French doors that open to a den/bedroom, where a queen-sized Murphy bed with a sofa allows guests to use this space as either a second living room or a private bedroom. The third bedroom boasts a king bed with views of Brookline Village, along with a full bath and a private deck, all located on the second floor. Coin-operated laundry is available on the ground floor of the building. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $250 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and High top chair available upon request for $10 per night.
