The Master Suite features a queen-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, a flat-screen TV, and calming plants. The ensuite bathroom includes both a bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom, known as the "bunkhouse," sleeps five with built-in bunks providing three full-size mattresses and a private bathroom equipped with two showers. Each unit has its own private entry. Enjoy a rejuvenating private hot tub and a deck for relaxation. A shared lower backyard offers cornhole and bocce ball for friendly competition. We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $65 fee for each pet, per stay. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property. Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out. The very lowest outdoor level with lawn games is the only shared area. There may be other guests staying below you during your stay. This unit is at the street level, but there is another unit below it. Any effort to use soft feet is greatly appreciated. Check-in is 4:00PM or later unless other arrangements have been approved by the host. Access instructions will be sent through the booking platform the morning of your stay only after the guest agreement has been signed. Check-out is at 11:00AM unless previously discussed. Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period.
