Parking for 2 vehicles is available, with both vehicles required to be parked in front of the garage for unit 18. The parking fee is included in the total amount. Whether you're exploring Orange Beach's local attractions or enjoying peaceful moments on the balcony, Mariner Lakes 18 is your perfect oasis. Local attractions include Gulf State Park, Adventure Island, The Wharf, Perdido Key State Park, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Flora-Bama Lounge and Oyster Bar, Cotton Bayou Public Beach, and Orange Beach Marina, offering a variety of activities from hiking and biking to dining and nightlife. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking, and the traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. There are security cameras installed outside for safety, but none inside the property. Beach towels are not provided. For same day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, except for ADA compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations.
