Lease Terms - Lease Length: A minimum 1-year lease term is required. - Rent: $2100 - Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. This deposit will be held in accordance with Texas Property Code and will be returned within 30 days of lease termination and tenant vacating the property, less any lawful deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or other charges as outlined in the lease. - Pet Policy: A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet is required. All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Tenants are responsible for any pet-related damage. Assistance animals for individuals with disabilities are not considered pets and are exempt from pet fees and restrictions, in accordance with Fair Housing laws. - Utilities: All utilities are the responsibility of the renter, including water, sewer, trash, gas, and electricity. - Renter's Insurance: Tenants must maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term. A minimum 650 credit score is preferred.
