It is near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles or 12 minutes away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles or 44 minutes away. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
