Stroll through the nearby parks, head to the renowned Amherst College or UMass campus, or go shopping in Hadley and Northampton. We are seeking a 12 month lease. The monthly rent of $1,850 includes water, sewer, trash removal, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas for heat and hot water, and internet. The unit has a fridge and stove. Nearby laundromats are available. Parking is through the Town of Amherst. Cats allowed for an additional $50 per month. Sorry, no dogs.
