guest parking at all any guests have to park by the dumpsters. The neighbors have young kids running through the streets and pay no attention. There have been multiple times when their children have run out into the front of my car as I was driving. The grounds itself is always dirty. Cigarettes butts, trash, the playground always had children's shoes , socks, bowls, trash, left over food, etc. I have had my dog get sick because it picked something up from the park when I was walking him. I will admit that she actual size of the apartment is nice for the low price but do not expect much.
