Throughout the apartment there is an incredible amount of lighting from the many lighting fixtures, and laminate flooring keeps the place looking clean and modern. Every room except the bedroom also gets plenty of sunlight. On the lower level, there are washer dryer hookups (though there's a laundromat across the street) if a tenant wants to rent an in unit washer/dryer. The full bathroom is on the first level and it includes a jacuzzi bath. The building is clean and well-kept. Overall, I love my apartment, and I love the landlords, so I recommend the apartment and the building to anyone who may ever get the opportunity to rent here.
