Cleaning fee $200. CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refund given to guests who cancel within 60 days of their arrival day. Guests who request to cancel outside of the 60-day window prior to their arrival date, will receive a full refund. In order to cancel, guests must provide a cancellation request in writing through email. Smoke free building; a small pet will be considered for a nonrefundable $450 fee Minimum Age requirement for Renters...Principle tenant must be at least 21 years old.
