This apartment is an upper/end unit and comes with newer carpet, storage, and on-site laundry is free for residents. It is situated in a prime close-in NE location and established residential neighborhood, and just a few blocks from vibrant NE Broadway. Residents will enjoy views of trees from every window, easy access to a variety of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Additionally, it is within proximity to public transportation, making commuting a breeze. This is not an accessible dwelling unit, and is a NON-SMOKING RENTAL. APPLICATION PERIOD IS NOW OPEN. Application fee is $55 per adult, which covers full background screening including income, credit, rental and criminal history. All adult residents must submit an application. Completed applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Household income is cumulative for applicants. Security Deposit is 1x to 1.5x monthly rent depending on screening results. Once approved, the deposit must be paid to hold the unit. This property is available with a one-year lease. At the end of the term, the lease will automatically transition to month-to-month. EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. Other Charges: Tenant pays utilities, including electric, cable, and internet. Owner provides laundry, trash, recycling removal, and landscaping. There is a monthly charge of $55 for common area utilities. Cat(s) negotiable with good references and will require a $400 deposit and $40/month pet rent. Any other free roaming pets besides cats are not negotiable.

Great Spot in a Convenient Neighborhood
January 22, 2026I really enjoyed living here, the unit was clean, comfortable, and had great natural light, and the free on site laundry and reserved parking were a big plus, the location is hard to beat with easy access to NE Broadway, restaurants, coffee shops, and transit, and overall it felt like a quiet, well cared for place that made day to day living in Portland easy and enjoyable.Reseña de Apartments.com
