pieces, etc. The building generally had issues: - A/C and heat did not properly distribute thru the unit so we had to get wall A/C units even though the apartment has central air - the layout itself of the unit was frustrating, one super long and wide hallway with tiny bedrooms and two tiny closets, so almost no storage - we regularly had postings on the door of the building which stated: the building next door was calling the police on us for some other tenants being loud and disturbing the peace until late at night, our building magement did not pay the utility bill so the utility provider gave an ultimatum where our entire building's utility would be shut off - my bike was stolen from inside the building Rent was reasonable but not a great deal

but we didn’t think much of it until later in the lease. Extremely inattentive and at times even got left on read after messaging him about concerns in our unit. Please beware.
