November 22, 2025Home I have now been here over a year. I enjoy the space and cleanliness. Maintenance is great. Office staff are wonderful and always available. The dog park is kept up. That’s a big thing for me with 2 dogs. If there is an issue they are on it. The grounds are maintained well. Lighting is adequate without being overwhelming. Nightmare!

Absolutely horrible
July 21, 2020We started renting in August of 2018, at first everything was all good. Within 2 weeks the shower handle to turn on water broke. I called maintenance and they never fixed properly. The towel bar fell off cause there is no backing on wall to support it. They couldn’t fix properly either. I wasn’t able to use dishwasher for year and half cause they never took plug out of it. I have called maintenance multiple times to fix all the issues but never fixed. Also there were no screens in windows and ...windows never stayed up. Also the ac was great in beginning but like a month before I plan to move out , it stopped working, it now being the hottest week in July And no ac.
