The house is in a quiet, remote and secluded location and is only 8 minutes from Ventura blvd and 7 mins from sunset blvd.. Guests may sleep overnight 2 nights a week only. If you have extensive knowledge about the neighborhood you will realize that small units for rent hardly exist in this neighborhood unless you're going to rent an entire house. There is no Starbucks, rtd bus stop, and heavy traffic if that’s what you’re looking for. Utilities are about $180-200 a month which includes gas, water, electric and trash.
