First and foremost, the staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Each and every one of them is so friendly, incredibly helpful, and very accommodating.
The building itself is fantastic; it's modern, beautiful, and has tons of ammenities like multiple rooftop lounges, rooftop outdoor seating with a great view, a gym, monthly happy hours for residents, a user-friendly app, great online system, and is very pet friendly (they have dog treats ready at the front desk!) They event sent me a little something for my
...birthday!
I feel safe and secure living here with the need to use a key fob for access to everything, a concierge at the desk from morning until late evening, entrance to building only via being buzzed in with the requesting guest being shown on camera, and all guests needing to sign in.
I also have to mention the residents here. In my last building, no one spoke to each other but here just about everyone gives you a friendly greeting and a bit of chit chat, I just love it!
The location is so convenient! Within walking distance of 3 metros, 5 min walk to Starbucks, 7 min walk to the Wharf, about a mile from the National Mall and close to plenty of museums without being caught up in all of the D.C. chaos. Oh, and if you have a car there's an attached underground garage with great parking.
Move in while you can because this place is an absolute gem!
