      You don’t want my feed back. I truly hope some things can be fixed before my renewal as I don’t want to move but I don’t trust the building. It is the best building / layout amenities and location in town it’s sad it isn’t run like it.

      700 River combines contemporary design, thoughtful amenities, and a highly supportive on-site team to create an elevated living experience in the heart of Rainey. There is some construction in the area, as expected with downtown growth, but the building itself remains comfortable, well-maintained, and enjoyable to live in.

      As a resident of Rainey Street for nearly 10 years, I have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood. 700 River is by far the best addition yet - from the amazing amenity decks, the spa, and beautiful appointments, they spared no details with this place. On top of that the staff are top-notch - in particular the AGM Zach, who is always willing to help while maintaining a smile!

      I moved from out of state. Beginning with Eddie in leasing the experience was just about as smooth as one could hope, in fact above smooth. Not a hiccup or bump in the road. The property is awesome, well maintained, and the team is incredibly responsive.       I knew immediately following my tour with Eddie that 700 River would be my future residence. I had high expectations, and the building, the amenities and the staff have all exceeded those expectations.

      I’ve been here for a week and absolutely love it! Every day feels like I’m on vacation! None of this would have been possible without Melanie. She has been incredible to work with and made both me and my girlfriend feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.
