        As a resident of Rainey Street for nearly 10 years, I have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood. 700 River is by far the best addition yet - from the amazing amenity decks, the spa, and beautiful appointments, they spared no details with this place. On top of that the staff are top-notch - in particular the AGM Zach, who is always willing to help while maintaining a smile!

        I moved from out of state. Beginning with Eddie in leasing the experience was just about as smooth as one could hope, in fact above smooth. Not a hiccup or bump in the road. The property is awesome, well maintained, and the team is incredibly responsive. Zach, the assistant manager, has been top notch throughout my post move in…providing resources and attention to requests that range from local businesses to printing to my general apartment needs.

        I’ve toured many properties in multiple cities and states and I have to say that the leasing staff at 700 River has by far been the best. Eddie took it upon himself to answer all my questions and walk me throughout the entire process. The application and move-in process is simply seamless thanks to his help. Highly recommend touring!
