In addition, the proximity to major avenues and highways is a significant advantage in terms of connectivity and everyday convenience. 3. Apartment Size and Layout Over these years, I have lived in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom split unit, and I can confidently say that its spaciousness (over 1,100 sq ft) and layout make it extremely comfortable. The open design, along with floor-to-ceiling windows at the front of the apartment, allows for excellent natural light and offers spectacular views—especially at sunset. There are many more reasons, but these summarize why it is truly worth living at 850 Living.

i have been in the building for almost 4 years, entering into my fifth year, and finally the building is in good hands. Since the new people took over the building i have seem a tremendous amount of improvement in every aspect. Their professionalism is at the highest level.
