If your intent is to lease at this property, I would advise leasing elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the outward appearance of this complex. It is a complete hellhole managed by an incompetent staff. If you believe that you would love to live in a community in which disrespectful residents run the community instead of management, constantly disturb the peace, constantly violate noise ordinances, and commit multiple lease violations, which management refuses to address, then this is the oasis for
...you. If you believe that you would enjoy paying for an assigned carport each month as a part of your lease and rent, while management permits other insolent residents and their guests to freely park in your space without any corrective action, a breach of contract I may add, this is the oasis for you. If you enjoy the constant sound of fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and early morning without any explanation from management or corrective action, this the oasis from you. If you think you would enjoy encountering homeless and other random individuals loitering within the complex while taking your trash out, this is the oasis for you. If you think you would enjoy constantly dealing with incompetent management, this is the oasis for you. One of the biggest red flags which I regret ignoring before signing my lease, occurred when I attempted to contact the property multiple times to try to discuss leasing options, to no avail. What is even more alarming is that on the date of move-in, the leasing agent that I had corresponded with and complete my lease agreement with, failed to advise the manager of the property of my move-in date. Thus, it was a complete shock to her. Again, if you’re a person of substance who values their peace and competent management, lease anywhere but here.
