    The community is very welcoming same with the staff in the office. They’re very friendly so it made everything more comfortable and went smoothly. They were a huge help with everything.     850 on the avenue is so cute and tucked away! I enjoy the proximity to the city of Sacramento without all of the hectic parking and city life. It’s situated a few mins away from the city, but also is in its own quiet area. The parking is very easy and convenient with a reasonable fee if you need to add more vehicles. This was a big pro for us. Some places in downtown or midtown charge $150 a month per car. The amenities are all very enjoyable. The gym is never busy and always clean. I’ve never ...
    had a problem with packages or mail. We really like our patio area and sometimes feel like it’s large enough to resemble a little backyard. The dog park is always clean and mowed. The staff are friendly and helpful. We love Will and Marquis.
