Disappointing Experience
October 23, 2018Don’t be fooled by the shiny new building. The building is not well constructed and there is absolutely no soundproofing between apartments. If you like living in close quarters and need to know what time your upstairs neighbor gets up in the morning, if they flush the toilet and if they wash their hands afterwards, then this is the place for you. Do you like being able to hear every foot stomp your very loud and rude neighbors make as you are able to track them around their apartment each ...day? Don’t care to relax in your ‘luxury’ apartment on a Sunday afternoon because you’d rather be subjected to the sound of grandchildren running around and body slamming each other against your ceiling for 6 hours straight? Then 900 Acqua is the place for you! And no worries, the office will do nothing about the noise thus ruining your fun. They will tell you upfront that they NEVER have any noise complaints, that’s it’s a quiet building, and that there are tenants living directly over the office and they NEVER hear them, but it’s a sham. If you love and thrive on noise and the sounds of elephants walking instead of peaceful relaxation, move to 900 Acqua! Seriously, they’ll tell you whatever they need to so that you’ll sign the lease. BEWARE! And the parking? Each spot is assigned to a resident and there are only 3 spots to accommodate guests for the entire building. So, don’t like being bothered by visitors and guests? Then this is the place for you. You can just tell them they can’t come over because there is absolutely no place for them to park!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE
December 16, 2015I moved to 900 Acqua apartments in 2012(the same year that that it opened). My husband was very ill at that time and I wanted to be close to him at Beth Shalom). The office staff (Holly and Tracy) was very supportive and helpful to me. All of my concerns were promptly addressed. I can never thank them enough, thanks again Holley and Tracy. The activities here are fantastic. We participate in line dancing; playing our favorite card games (Bid Whist is my favorite), have wine and cheese socials, ...birthday parties, “dress-up parties, pool parties and bus tours. And I am very excited to mention that we are all going on our very first cruise together in 2016. If you are looking for a luxury apartment community with large spacious room, a gym facility, billiards room and outdoor pool come join us active and friendly seniors here at 900 Acqua Apartments. Love Being a 900 Acqua Resident!
December 15, 2015After my husband passed away, I was depressed and lonely. My adult children were kind and helpful but still – One day driving down Indian River Road I saw this huge building with signs reading “900 Acqua Apartments” for Active Seniors 62 . Well, I’m a very big . The grounds and building were so well kept and I thought this has to be for me. After a thorough tour, I rented my apartment. I’ve only been here 10 months and I’m very content. There’s daily activities in the club house, pot luck ...lunches, and the like. For the first time in 65 years I bought a bathing suit and went swimming in our beautiful pool with a nice lady. She’s a 3 year resident here and her name is Ginny. I’ve met and made friends with many wonderful people – we’re all seniors and like most 62 people we speak pretty much what comes to mind. Such fun! Enjoying my apartment
December 14, 2015I live in one of the apartments set for handicap living which makes it very convenient for me. It is spacious and quiet. I spend a lot of my time in the clubhouse. It has a complete kitchen area, a pool table, casual seating areas and tables where cards and games can be played. The residents have begun several activities to appeal to those who are interested in social activities, and the office also sets up some social activities for us.There is a lovely library full of titles donated to by the ...residents. Every month more are added. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional and have been of great help to me when I have needed them. This was the only apartment I looked at and was impressed with the office and maintenance staff, the amenities and the residents that made me feel welcome from the first day. December 3, 2015I moved in while the building was still brand new (2 years ago)and I love it here. The building is beautiful and every maintenance request is handled promptly. Love sitting by the beautiful pool. Office staff are courteous and professional. Large number of resident social events monthly, making it a fun place to live. December 2, 2015When my husband passed away I started looking for a senior apartment. I looked at a LOT of apartments. After I took a tour of 900 Acqua I stopped looking. The apartment was brand new and over looking the pond of the property next door. Beautiful in the winter. September 25, 2013I enjoy living at 900 Acqua and I just renewed my lease for 24 months. The community is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. I moved in to a brand new apartment and was the first one to live there. They have wonderful activites for us and all my neighbors are very friendly.
