Constant Elevator and Garage Issues

I live here currently and its been nonstop issues. The apartment wasn't ready at move in, with the shower needing to be unused for another 4 days so the resurfacing could dry. Elevator being broken constantly, Garage door being broken constantly, sometimes for months at a time. Package lockers getting shutdown for weeks with no explanation, grills not working (courtyard one has never worked and you can see its still brand new). Oh and make sure you check to see about the actual bike storage room, ...
nothing buy a graveyard of stolen bike parts with the lock being busted. Which brings me to my biggest complaint: Theft! My car has been broken into here in the parking garage and the staff was unwilling to submit video evidence by the police departments request. The detective said this is nothing new, they have gotten reports of bike and car theft/vandalism before and the office never submitted the video evidence. Cannot wait to move out!

Max of 2. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $300 due at move-in. Only one fee for 1 or 2 pets of $20 a month. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 35 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
