It only makes since that one of the classiest steak houses in the nation would sit right here in Dallas. With its large and varied wine list, its award-winning steaks and its exquisite atmosphere, its easy to see why Bob's Steak and Chop House keeps the patrons coming night after night. If the large crowds always hanging around the place was not enough to show the restaurant quality, the reviews and awards this has received is sure to do it. Rated as the best steak house by D Magazine and Travel and Leisure, and spectacular reviews by the Dallas Morning News, Bon Apetit and Money Magazine, the restaurant has quite a pedigree. This steakhouse has found worldwide acclaim for its dishes, its splendid wine selection and its great ambiance, but don't just take their word for it, try it for yourself. All the publicity in the world doesn't do the job of delicious food, so Bob's is ready to take you on the journey of your culinary lifetime. Their steaks are made with USDA Prime meat, consisting of the top 2 percent of all US beef. It's hand-selected for the best flavor, and aged for 28 days. Whatever flavors you may be wanting, they have a cut here for you. All the traditional cuts are there: filet mignon, t-bone, New York strip, rib-eye, porterhouse, all grilled up delicious to your order. For those in the mood for other game, they have great selection of other meats, including lamb, pork, duck veal or seafood. The wine list at Bob's is world-renowned, receiving the prestigious Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine.
