    A cappella is in great community to live in, dog friendly, majority of the Residents that live at Acapella, are busy professionals, families what makes the environment, very peaceful and quiet. Apartments are very spacious as well as insulated very well. This is a great property to live at and to call home.

    I moved into the Acappella Apartments in San Bruno on April 4, 2025. I traveled from Irvine, incurring significant inconvenience by staying in hotels for three days prior due to the apartment availability date. Additionally, I had contracted movers from Irvine and had to postpone their unloading until late evening due to the apartment being in an inhabitable condition. Upon arrival, I encountered severe issues in the apartment, significantly disrupting my relocation plans and causing immense ...
    personal discomfort and inconvenience. Listed below are some, though not all, of the critical issues observed: Entry and General Safety Concerns: - Entry door dented, paint chipped off, requires force to lock, damaged surrounding border. - Non-functional carbon monoxide detector, raising serious safety concerns. - Uncertainty about the working condition of the fire alarm, posing potential danger. - Old and unstable electrical sockets posing risks of short circuits. - Flickering lights in living room, kitchen, and bedroom closet with significant delay in functioning. Kitchen Issues: - Cabinets severely scraped, misaligned, difficult or impossible to open and close. - Refrigerator heavily dented and scratched, emitting a pungent odor with fruit flies emerging upon first opening. - Microwave handle broken and glued, door misaligned with internal burn marks. - Dishwasher was wet upon arrival with a partially melted detergent holder. - Significant leak damage to kitchen ceiling, resulting in a stain and visible hole. Bathroom and Utility Issues: - Washer-dryer doors malfunctioning; partially detached and unusable. Requested by management not to use these appliances, causing severe inconvenience. - Washer interior stained (pink/orange, appearing as rust). - Dryer vent is visibly burnt. - Rusted, non-functional bathroom fixtures including handles, taps, toilet paper holders, and shower handles. - Showerhead covered in mold, rust, and hard-water stains; residual plastic adhesive from previous tenant. - Cold water tap in the shower is non-functional. Air Conditioning and Ventilation: - Air conditioners in both living room and bedroom are filthy internally, dispersing black dust upon activation (posing health risks due to my severe dust allergy). - Missing AC remotes, not provided upon move-in. - Non-functional fresh air ventilator in the living room. Bedroom and Other Areas: - Bedroom door's lower wooden layer severely damaged, causing a trip hazard. - Bedroom window net

    always comment on the high quality aesthetic of the community and they love the layout of my apartment. For the most part, my apartment is sound proof, I often forget I’m in an apartment building. The neighbors are all families or busy professionals and are nice and respectful. I have in unit laundry which is a deal breaker for me, a dedicated parking spot included. A nice gym, an outdoor pool and hot tub. My only gripe is I wish the pool was heated. It is centrally located t close to shopping, Bart and entertainment. About 20 minutes outside of San Francisco and 5 minutes from the airport. I thoroughly enjoy calling Acappella my home!

    We've been very happy living here. We've had some small issues, but the team has been mostly responsive to our needs. Most of the amenities are reasonable for the apartment. The area is great with access to BART and CalTrain. We can get to SFO in ten minutes, San Francisco in 15-25 minutes, or down the peninsula. The area around Acappella has lots of restaurants and stores. There are nature trails within a five-minute drive. You can be on the bay or at the beach in Pacifica in under 20 minutes.
