The office staff? They are pieces of work. They do not communicate with each other, They are rude, and condescending. Important paper work got lost and there was never an apology. They give you a miniature checklist moving in, but upon leaving they give you a 2 page checkout list with prices beside each item. We left the property in EXCELLENT condition, but we have not seen our deposit and its over 60 days now. We called to check on the deposit release and they give us a address that was never signed by us or initialed, they sent the check some where? I turn in the proper paperwork and they still, because of their nice-nasty demeanor have yet to rectify their mistake. If having the choice of your children being respected and valued is a priority...don't rent here. If you want to treated like you and your family matter...Don't rent here. I've been renting for years and NEVER had such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE like I've had with this property and their management. Renters...Beware.
