  • A welcoming experience to say the least!

    My experience was phenomenal touring Alicante. Kendra, who is one of the leasing agents, was very intentional and welcoming throughout my time touring. She did a great job at making me feel heard and addressing all of the needs/wants that I had. She also just genuinely seemed to love where she worked and that says a lot about a place you are thinking about making your home. Thank you Kendra for being awesome and helping make this process much less stressful! Shout out to the Leasing Manager Mark ...
    as well. He was the first person I spoke to over the phone and was friendly and diligent with making sure I had everything I needed. One thing I have to share is that I saw Mark picking up dog poop right out front of the leasing office when I first showed up. He didn’t know I saw him doing this but I just thought it was some pet owner taking care of business. Nope! It was the leasing manager. That speaks volumes my friend! I have never seen a Leasing Manager care about their property like that. Appreciate you both!

  • Do not recommend at all

    Just horrible. They allow cars with extremely loud exhaust be parked right under your windows. Have to move because I am sick of my family waking up every day at 6 am when one of those cars started.. Buildings are not soundproof at all, can hear many things that are going on in neighbor’s apartments. The rent is high and it’s not worth it at all.

  • This apartment complex is literally the best!

    I was in a rush to move due to a hardship I was facing in my life.. Moving is a tough decision and commitment but after touring about 6 properties, I was confident in choosing Alicante apartments. I was greeted by Ashley in the office and she is literally the nicest leasing agent I have ever met. The Alicante Apartments take great care of the community from the pool, to the gym, to the entertainment center, it’s spotless. What I really enjoy about the Alicante Apartments is the effort put in ...
    to bring our community together! The taco Tuesdays, the luau’s, you just can’t beat that! I highly recommend checking out this location. I love where I live!!!

    I highly recommend Alicante Apartments. It is a serene, safe apartment community and only a 20-minute drive from the coast. Alicante Apartments staff is courteous, responsive, and efficient. Miguel the Maintenance Manager is professional and provides prompt maintenance service.

  • The best apartments!

    The staff is nothing shy of amazing! The office and maintenance team are so helpful and nice. They even hold events for their residents! Today they had an event for our pets and I was able to bring my dog to get treats, a tennis ball, and a bandana! So cute! Thanks for all you do Alicante!

    The whole staff here is great. The apartments are spacious and the new clubhouse and golf room are amazing. It honestly feels like a resort. I highly suggest looking into Alicante if you need an apartment.

    I’ve been a resident for a year now, and I love the online portal that allows for filing online maintance requests! Although my maintenance needs are few and far between, the maintenance staff are VERY responsive! They are so respectful and professional, and they get the job done. Thank you!

    I have lived in several apartments across Aliso Viejo and Alicante has definitely set the bar. Anytime I have ever had an issue, it has been fixed. The location is central to anything you need. The apartments exteriors are clean and well kept. The only downside is that your rent will increase each year, but that has been pretty typical at all the big apartments.
