Nice but noisy
April 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe complex is good. It neighbors the large auto service mall, and a very busy 6 line street and some apartments are extremely noisy. In building 1 where I live and in all buildings facing the street (and that is half of all buildings here) it is not possible to keep a windows open because of the noise.Property Manager Responded

A welcoming experience to say the least!
May 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMy experience was phenomenal touring Alicante. Kendra, who is one of the leasing agents, was very intentional and welcoming throughout my time touring. She did a great job at making me feel heard and addressing all of the needs/wants that I had. She also just genuinely seemed to love where she worked and that says a lot about a place you are thinking about making your home. Thank you Kendra for being awesome and helping make this process much less stressful! Shout out to the Leasing Manager Mark ...as well. He was the first person I spoke to over the phone and was friendly and diligent with making sure I had everything I needed. One thing I have to share is that I saw Mark picking up dog poop right out front of the leasing office when I first showed up. He didn’t know I saw him doing this but I just thought it was some pet owner taking care of business. Nope! It was the leasing manager. That speaks volumes my friend! Do not recommend at all

Have to move because I am sick of my family waking up every day at 6 am when one of those cars started.. Buildings are not soundproof at all, can hear many things that are going on in neighbor’s apartments. The rent is high and it’s not worth it at all.Property Manager Responded

Moving is a tough decision and commitment but after touring about 6 properties, I was confident in choosing Alicante apartments. I was greeted by Ashley in the office and she is literally the nicest leasing agent I have ever met. The Alicante Apartments take great care of the community from the pool, to the gym, to the entertainment center, it’s spotless.
