February 24, 2026I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment community overall. The property is clean, well maintained, and feels safe, which has made it a comfortable place to call home. Management has generally been responsive, and the staff is friendly and professional when issues are brought to their attention. The location is also very convenient, with nearby shopping, dining, and easy access to major roads. The apartments themselves are spacious and well designed, and I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and ...sense of community here. My only consistent frustration has been with the on-site washers and dryers. They are frequently out of order or not working properly, which can make laundry days inconvenient and time consuming. If this issue were addressed more reliably, it would greatly improve the overall living experience. Other than that, it’s been a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

January 28, 2026I mean its a roof over your head. They are not good at updating after you move in, so if you stay long enough youll see that new apartments will have better stuff for the same price you are paying. They increase the price because of the other renovations and will not discount your rent, and won't let you move to a renovated apartment.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026The locality where I live is quite pleasant. It boasts a friendly neighborhood, and my neighbors are genuinely good people who contribute to a positive living environment. There's a real sense of community here, which makes it an enjoyable place to call home. However, one significant downside that I've encountered is the RUBS charges, which are considerably high. While the overall living experience is satisfactory, the elevated costs associated with RUBS can be a bit of a financial burden. It's ...essential for prospective residents to take this into account. Despite this drawback, the benefits of the friendly atmosphere and supportive neighbors make the place worthwhile. Overall, the location is excellent, and the positive aspects often outweigh the financial inconveniences. September 8, 2025My experience living here is generally positive. The neighborhood is friendly, and the maintenance staff is excellent. However, the RUBS charges are excessive, amounting to hundreds of dollars, and I'm unsure why we have these charges when we pay utility bills separately.Property Manager Responded

I dont like the upper management but the ladies at the front office are nice. with that said after you get moved in you don't get the updates that the other units get and you'll still have to pay more like the others which is unfair but there is not much to do about it. as a community it is pretty quiet and in a ok area. not much trouble.Property Manager Responded
