September 29, 2025The application process was easy the staff are really helpful with any questions you may have regardless if you speak English or Spanish. While leaving in these apartments so far everything has been peaceful and quiet, and if you decide you want something delivered the apartment complex is not too complicated so door dashers don’t have a hard time finding youProperty Manager Responded

September 21, 2025Nice and quiet community, only issue is had was small roaches. May need a spray soon. Shower and flush pressure is kinda low. But overall satisfied so far.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025My experience living here is generally positive. The neighborhood is friendly, and the maintenance staff is excellent. However, the RUBS charges are excessive, amounting to hundreds of dollars, and I'm unsure why we have these charges when we pay utility bills separately.Property Manager Responded

I dont like the upper management but the ladies at the front office are nice. with that said after you get moved in you don't get the updates that the other units get and you'll still have to pay more like the others which is unfair but there is not much to do about it. as a community it is pretty quiet and in a ok area. not much trouble.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025These apartments got so trashy so fast. Neighbors are so rude and loud and are never told anything. The apartments themselves start falling apart so fast and they paint over everything including inside sinks and the bath tub when you first move in so paint is chipping the entire time you live in them. Would not recommend anyone living here unless it's your last option.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2024The apartment was nice and clean when I first looked at it but once I got the keys and started to look around more in detail there was lots roaches coming out from underneath the carpet and were in the closets. I have sprayed roach spray everywhere and didn’t see one for about two days and now they are everywhere again. This complex seams to be infested with roaches.Property Manager Responded
