Worst place in Ssn Diego County
May 9, 2026Don't bother looking here! They claim to be pet friendly then spray round up which kills your pets! They put notices on your door every other day it seems. They're constant harassment and unnecessary inspections are invasive. They have a lease agreement over 40 pages listing everything you are gonna do and they aren't responsible for anything EVEN WHEN THE LAW SAYS THEY ARE! They move you in and raise your rent every chance they get. The walls are thin you have no privacy and they have zero ...respect for tenants! They discriminate, harass and couldn't care less about safety. They hang fake surveillance cameras and have caused crime and theft break-ins but don't warn residents as they're supposed to. They claim in the lease they're crime free status but when they know cars are being stolen and garages being broken into they don't share the information with residents so we can protect ourselves and our property. They illegally tow cars and entered into predatory agreement allowing tow company to violate your rights. There is no guest parking. You're not allowed to hang things or put plants on your balcony. There's no place to barbeque. They allow people they like to put audio and video surveillance cameras viewing your unit and recording your private conversations. They pick and choose the rules and the rules are different for everyone. They micro manage and charge for everything. I'm waiting for a bill for the air we breathe next. Worst place in San Diego County! Eight years ago I gave it 8 stars now it's negative a thousand. Retaliation, discrimination and illegal af! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
May 14, 2024Do not move here unless you like the smell of marijuana on a daily basis. And if you’re lucky, your neighbor will be a constant smoker and the smell will get into your apartment thru the windows, etc. Do not believe the pictures on the web site. The apartments look nothing like the pictures. They are old and antiquated with the popcorn ceilings having no fire sprinklers. If there is a fire, you will have to wait for the fire department. If you like listening to dogs barking all night, this is the ...place for you. People leave their dogs on the outdoor patios all night usually until the next morning. Oh, and when you move out, be prepared to lose your entire deposit and be billed extra money for “damages” that don’t exist or are billed with extra inflated charges! Total rip off. They care more about cutting down the beautiful trees than they do about updating the inside of the apartments. No wonder so many people are moving out. All I can say is “good luck” if you make the fateful decision to move here!Property Manager Responded

Great Place To Live
November 5, 2022We live on the Apartment side of the Arbors. This community is beautifully landscaped, beautifully clean and maintained . We have a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that comes with a fireplace, 2 spacious balcony's in the front and back. Management are friendly and helpful. We are very happy to have found this lovely quiet community .Thank you for making it that way . We have lived here forv4 years now. Staff is horrible and rude
June 17, 2019The girls in the office are vary rude. Jessica is nice to work with but the other two girls are rude. If you have any questions or walk in the room saying hello they both ignore you and continue being on their phones are talking to one another . Not a good look when wanting people to live their with them having attitudes and saying things and them going back on what they had previously said.. seems like they need some training on how to work with customers and be on the same page when it comes ...to communication with people.Property Manager Responded

Nice Apartment Complex
July 9, 2017Love living here, apartments are very spacious. Office staff is very friendly they always greet me with a smile. Any issues that I have mentioned they have always resolved it in a timely manner. I have read other reviews about this apartment, I have notice some of the residents that live here are not very nice and are rude.. so maybe that is the problem!! not so much the property or staff. Just my opinion. I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I would recommend this place. Landscape is ...very nice feels very homey. Of course with such a big property, issues will arise but what do you expect.. it is apartment living!!!Property Manager Responded

January 9, 2017Honestly the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in! Synopsis: Bedbugs, termites, incompetent staff, noisy, dirty, outdated, horrible parking, & insane rent price for what you get. I was excited to move into this complex because of the size as well as the walk through apartment had updated appliances & looked amazing with washer & dryer. They force you to sign the lease before you do the walk through because if I did the walk through first I wouldn't have moved in! Moved in to an unclean ...apt with damages everywhere & no fridge. Waited 2 days to get a fridge that was broken & waited another 3 days to get a working one. Also a parking space 3 buildings away which forces you to rent a garage. Oh & no washer or dryer because you apparently need to rent them but they didn't have any to rent. If anything is broken they don't fix it. If you have a noise complaint against your neighbors they do nothing about it. Bedbugs in downstairs neighbors apt they won't bug bomb the whole complex so you have to take precautions that you don't get bedbugs. Only 6 month leases so they can raise your rent by $150. Downstairs neighbors also complained about termites & nothing has been resolved. Honestly the most incompetent office staff & same with the corporate office. All of them are there just for a paycheck since the complex is owned by investors. Not only that their website was designed by a 5 year old. Even sending a letter to corporate to get these issues fixed after a year of living here nothing has been resolved.
