Great place to stay!
September 16, 2024We have had the most amazing experience I have ever had an apartment complex. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions. Terrible Management
July 25, 2024My roof leaked 3 times while living here. I found another place to live because it was obvious the apt could not address the issue. I gave 30 days notice that I would not be resigning a new lease and moved out the day my lease needed under the contract I signed. I never even received an apology. Instead I got a bill for $882 for not giving 60 days notice. I tried to address this with the regional manager and the office staff have told me every time I’ve call that she would reach out when she ...could. It’s been over a month. I turned this complex into the BBB. DO NOT RENT HERE.Property Manager Responded

After reviewing your lease and your work order history, it appears that you reported one leak coming from the apt above you, and that leak was repaired the next day. You gave a 25-day notice, and your lease contract states that you must give a 60-day notice. So yes, you were charged for that 60-day notice. The reason on your notice states that you had a death in the family and did not need to reside in Corsicana any longer. False advertising!! A dump!!
October 10, 2021Rating -5. We moved from 6 hours away and what a filth of a place when we entered our apartment. Mold everywhere. Ungodly smell that they still haven’t fixed. So much water damage and mold that was just painted over. Don’t rent from this place!! Nothing on their website looked like our apartment. No microwave, stove broken. Called regional manager and still no response.Property Manager Responded

Worst experience ever
July 22, 2018If I could rate this property less than one star I would. I am just so thankful I only signed a 6 month lease with this awful place. It started the first day we moved in. My wife, daughter and I relocated to Corsicana from Lubbock for work purposes. I didn't have time to come look at the property in person before I signed my lease, so we did everything via email. Lubbock is about a 6 hour drive and Synthia (unqualified property manager) was aware that my family and I were on our way. I called her ...that morning and asked her what time the office closed and she informed me of 5:00 but that I needed to be there by 4:00 because the signing process takes about an hour. Well, unfortunately, I had some unexpected delays that caused me to arrive at about 4:45 (still before "close"). I pull into the property and no one is present at the office. I pull around to the back of the complex so that I can park the U Haul and Synthia is sitting in her vehicle and gets out visibly frustrated and asks if my name is Kaden, she made it VERY CLEAR that I was causing a burden on her. We then proceed to the office to do paperwork which she flys through in about 10 minutes and misses numerous important pieces of information such as how to set up my electricity which caused obvious issues. We get through the paperwork and she walks me over to the building which my apartment is in. It's an upstairs unit and Synthia was too lazy to walk up the stairs and give me a tour. She literally pointed at the door and said "it's that one". Come to find out there were numerous maintenance issues that needed to be addressed that would have been noticed by doing a walkthrough. There was trash everywhere and it smelled awful. These people provide the worst possible customer service imaginable, and CLEARLY, do not care about their job or the company they work for. We've had packages that were sent to us by friends and family that sat in the front office for over a month because we were never notified that they had been dropped off up there. When I addressed that issue with Synthia she informed me that it's not their responsibility to notify me when they receive a package and that they just get too busy to do so. They have excuses for EVERYTHING and just try to get by doing the minimum.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

My Awesome Apartment
July 22, 2015We have lived here 2 years and though other tenants have come and gone our neighbors have been here for 20 yrs. It is a good place for a young family, small family, couple or singles. 2 pools that they keep clean. Nice outside areas, well lit and quiet. We have an on premise officer and some of the staff live on property. The office staff is nice. Issues are handled quickly. It is a small town and the apartments are being updated as people move out.
