I pull around to the back of the complex so that I can park the U Haul and Synthia is sitting in her vehicle and gets out visibly frustrated and asks if my name is Kaden, she made it VERY CLEAR that I was causing a burden on her. We then proceed to the office to do paperwork which she flys through in about 10 minutes and misses numerous important pieces of information such as how to set up my electricity which caused obvious issues. We get through the paperwork and she walks me over to the building which my apartment is in. It's an upstairs unit and Synthia was too lazy to walk up the stairs and give me a tour. She literally pointed at the door and said "it's that one". Come to find out there were numerous maintenance issues that needed to be addressed that would have been noticed by doing a walkthrough. There was trash everywhere and it smelled awful. These people provide the worst possible customer service imaginable, and CLEARLY, do not care about their job or the company they work for. We've had packages that were sent to us by friends and family that sat in the front office for over a month because we were never notified that they had been dropped off up there. When I addressed that issue with Synthia she informed me that it's not their responsibility to notify me when they receive a package and that they just get too busy to do so. They have excuses for EVERYTHING and just try to get by doing the minimum.
